Skateboard orders only

UPS ground shipping for all domestic skateboard orders. International orders are sent with the postal service or DHL. Decks take 1-3 days to produce, ground shipping takes 2-5 days. If you would like express shipping you can select it during checkout. International shipping varies, but usually takes around 2-3 weeks.
Skateboards are manufactured of sheets of laminated wood and can break under stress. Skateboard decks are not warranted and cannot be completely guaranteed by the manufacturers. Therefore, Hooligans Mind does not allow any returns on broken or cracked skateboard decks.
However, will replace skateboard decks under the following circumstances:
- Skateboard was printed incorrectly. If the skateboard received by the customer does not match the design preview on the website, the skateboard will be considered as printed incorrectly. A perfect color match cannot be guaranteed since all computer monitors do not display colors in the same way.
- Skateboard deck is returned within 30 days of receipt
- Skateboard is still in shrinkwrap and un-skated
- Skateboard grip tape has not been applied
- Skateboard trucks, bolts, or stickers have not been applied
Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you need to return a product, please submit a request return to initiate the process.
How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at contact@hooligansmind.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll
get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@hooligansmind.com!
Do you offer refund?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any these apply, please contact us at contact@hooligansmind.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@hooligansmind.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
