Refund & Return Policy

At Hooligans Mind, our apparel and hardware are made-to-order. This technical approach ensures that every piece of gear meets our specific manufacturing standards. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we adhere to the following policy:

1. The 30-Day Inspection Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. This window begins the day your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • Hardware & Wax: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and (for decks) still in the original shrinkwrap.
  • Apparel: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Verification: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all claims.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Errors

We take pride in our production quality. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or mislabeled:

  1. Contact us at contact@hooligansmind.com immediately.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item.
  3. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

3. Made-to-Order Limitations

Because our gear is manufactured specifically for you at the time of purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Sizing Errors: Please consult the technical sizing charts on each product page before finalizing your order.
  • Change of Mind: Once an item has entered the production phase, the order is final.
  • Skated Gear: We cannot accept returns on hardware once it has been gripped, assembled, or skated.

4. Return Process

All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Do not return items to the address on your shipping label. Those are specialized production facilities and are not equipped to process consumer returns.

  • Once authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and the correct address for our intake warehouse. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Final Sale Items

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These purchases are final and ineligible for return.
  • Custom/1-of-1 Gear: Any items with unique personalizations cannot be returned
